DXD Skills terms of service
Effective date: October 12, 2026.
These terms cover the DXD Skills plugin published by Design X Develop LLC, including its skill instructions, supporting files, and listing assets. By installing or using the plugin, you agree to these terms. DXD Skills is a collection of instructions for coding agents; it does not include a DXD-operated service or account.
Use of the plugin
You may install the plugin and use its skills for personal and commercial work. The plugin's files are licensed under the MIT License, and these terms do not limit the rights that license grants. The license does not cover the Design X Develop and DXD names or logos; do not use them to suggest that a modified copy is published or endorsed by Design X Develop LLC. Do not use the plugin to break the law or violate the rights of others.
Your responsibilities
Skills guide your agent; they do not take actions on their own. You decide which skills to invoke, which files and tools your agent can access, and which proposed changes or external actions to approve. Review agent output before relying on it, especially changes to code, deployments, published content, and security-sensitive work. Run authorized security testing only against systems you own or have permission to test.
Third-party services
Your agent host, model provider, and any tools or services you connect are governed by their own terms and policies. Design X Develop LLC is not responsible for those services. The DXD Skills privacy policy explains how information is handled.
No warranty
The plugin is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. Skill output can be incomplete or wrong. Legal, compliance, security, and similar guidance in the skills is not professional advice.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Design X Develop LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, or revenue arising from your use of the plugin. Our total liability for any claim related to the plugin is limited to the amount you paid for it, if any.
Support and changes
For help, open an issue at the DXD Skills repository. GitHub issues are public; do not include private data. For private questions, email hello@designxdevelop.com.
We may update the plugin or these terms. Updates will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
